| Our group meets for meditation and a dharma talk given by Zen monk, Ven. Hye Wol Sunim. Our usual format is a sitting period, the dharma talk, and a second sitting period. Afterwards we have tea and a group chat.
Rev. Sunim is ordained in the Korean Zen tradition and has studied other traditions as well. The meetings are held at the Maitri Buddhist Meditation Center, a Theravadan Buddhist monastery in Sun Valley. |
