| The Centre provides a peaceful and inspiring environment in which people can learn about Buddhism, meditation and positive thinking. Along with daily classes the Centre also offers special day courses and relaxing meditation retreats.
Visitors are always welcome at the Centre please just email or telephone in advance, or just turn up on the night for a meditation class. |
