| The Farthest North Vipassana Group holds weekly insight meditation sessions Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm at the Cold Mountain Zen Center in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Beginners are welcome; we provide meditation instruction as needed. If you desire meditation instruction, please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early. We sit in silent meditation from 6:00 to 6:40 pm. If you arrive late, please just enter quietly and a take a seat. |
