Independent Meditation Center Guide

""Karma," he [Buddha] often said, "is intention": i.e., a movement of the mind that occurs each time we think, speak, or act. By being mindful of this process, we come to understand how intentions lead to habitual patterns of behavior, which in turn affect the quality of our experience."
Stephen Batchelor, Buddhism Without Beliefs.

Center's Description
Our Buddhist meditation group would like to invite anyone interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhist meditation to join us. The meditations are guided in English. In addition to the meditation we offer a small lending library of Buddhist texts and audio tapes of teachings given by Lama Ole Nydhal and other teachers. We encourage the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism in a relaxed, joyful environment.
