| We make use of many of the world's great wisdom traditions, both east and west, though the foundation of our practice is Zen Buddhism. Without getting stuck in any theory, belief, or dogma, we use these great traditions to awaken the wisdom, love, and compassion inherent in the great mystery of our own being.
Zen practice is about learning to use this awakening to spread the Buddha's teaching of the cessation of suffering for all beings. |
