"Mindfulness practice is very forgiving. It beckons to us to start over again, time after time after time, without judging us for the times we haven't managed to remember to drop in on ourselves."

Center's Description
The Woodbury Sangha meets every Wednesday at 7 PM at the Mattatuck Unitarian Universalist Society, 122 South Pomperaug Avenue, Woodbury, Connecticut. We usually do sitting meditation for 30 minutes, read from a sutra, listen to a 15 minute recorded dharma talk of one of our teachers and spend 15 to 30 minutes in dharma discussion. We also recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings on the first Wednesday of each month. Everyone is welcome!
