"Mindfulness practice is very forgiving. It beckons to us to start over again, time after time after time, without judging us for the times we haven't managed to remember to drop in on ourselves."

Center's Description
Reverend Brian (Ban Ya Sunim)leads the American Sangha. Our Sangha is a growing community of new and old friends. Some have been part of the Sangha for 15 years or more, and others are just becoming acquainted with us.

We meet every Saturday to practice Zazen and share our common spiritual journey. We are all here as students to learn how to live our lives more fully in this very stress-filled and complicated world, and to support each other in doing so.
