Center's Description
The Blacksburg Meditation group meets every Sunday from 7-9 at the Cranwell International Center. The group format is informal and includes readings related to mindfulness and meditation, silent sitting meditation, and walking meditation for an hour. We then invite members of the group for tea and conversation following the group. Please feel free to join in an all or any part of this time.

Starting May 20th, 2010 we meet on Thursday evenings. 7:00-7:30 will be meditation instruction and guided meditation for those who would like it, and following will be an hour of meditation. Feel free to come for the whole time, or just to come for the first half hour or last hour, depending on your interest.
