Center's Description
We meet once a week for zazen (meditation) practice on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM. The location is the Unitarian Church at 2810 N. Meridian Road, Tallahassee, FL.

For people who have not had previous experience with Zen, we have meditation instruction for beginners at the same time as our regular meetings. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and long loose pants such as workout pants or sweat pants.
