Center's Description
New York City is a wonderful place, teeming with life and experiences. Sometimes all that “life” gets a bit overwhelming and we need a break from the cacophony of people, traffic and the frenetic pace.

One of the best places to go for that break is inside ourselves. In the gaps between stimulus and response is where you will find renewal, healing, inspiration and peace.

Being still, if only for a few moments at a time, will allow you to experience these gaps, restoring you, giving you the strength and inspiration to continue on your journey. Your journey could be building a family or simply your morning commute, but we all need rejuvenation.

Rigpa New York City offers drop-in, evening, and day-long classes that teach you the techniques and benefits of meditation. You’ll gain practical information that will allow you to relieve stress, improve your health, and enjoy all the gifts New York City has to offer.
