"Don't strive for some special state of mind. There is no special state of mind. If you strive for some special state of mind you'll only disturb your mind."

Center's Description
Whether you have never practiced meditation before or have a commitment to daily practice, group meditation provides a relaxed yet structured environment to practice and learn new techniques.

We welcome everyone, those who sit regularly with us, newcomers and those who come when they can. (even if its been a long time since they could join us).

First time and long-time practitioners of meditation are invited to deepen their practice through meditation, contemplation and discussion.

We begin with a 25-minute guided meditation followed by a 20-minute silent meditation, and a brief spiritual reading and reflections on the reading. Please plan to arrive early enough to settle in before we begin.

Open to all, beginner and experienced mediators..
