Center's Description
The Patriarchal Zen Society was founded in 1994 in Manhattan, NYC.

The community focuses on directly attaining buddhahood and sharing compassion with the world.

The Zen Teacher is Hye-Wol (Wisdom Moon) and the director is David Coffman.

After the September 11th tragedy, members have redoubled their meditation to enhance true world peace for all beings.

Please join the Patriarchal Zen Society on Wednesdays for meditation and a social gathering at 7:00 PM.
