Why Dharma Friendship Foundation Exists
  • To sponsor qualified Buddhist teachers to teach Buddhist philosophy, psychology, and meditation.
  • To establish a community of Buddhist practitioners who help and encourage one another on the path.
  • To encourage and promote a dialogue between Buddhist philosophers and practitioners of other doctrines and disciplines.
  • To facilitate a cultural and educational exchange through lectures, teachings, group meetings, and retreats.
  • To form a support network among cross-cultural practitioners and to translate Buddhist texts from Tibetan into English, and English and Tibetan into Chinese.
