Center's Description
The Cape Sangha is a group of folks who meet twice a month to practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, teacher, scholar, author, poet and peacemaker. Our members are interested in numerous types of meditation, including Vipassana, Zen, Tibetan and nonsectarian mindfulness. You don't have to be Buddhist to practice with us.

Affiliate of The Community of Mindful Living.

Friends: I am the founder of the Cape Sangha, and I just want to clarify that we are not a residential retreat center. We gather in private homes to practice. Occasionally we sponsor special events, including retreats. Feel free to contact me for more information.
