Center's Description
Our Center is one of nearly 300 International Diamond Way centers and functions as a part of the Karma Kagyu lineage, under the direct spiritual guidance of Lama Ole Nydahl. Ole and his wife Hannah were the first western students of 16th Karmapa.

Our local group in Connecticut meets in Naugatuck, 15 miles Northwest of New Haven. Group meditation and dharma study and discussions are held every Saturday at 7 PM. We welcome the beginners and the advanced practitioners as well. We provide meditation instructions for the beginners.
