| Dharma is Dharma, regardless of nationality, lineage or tradition. The Tibetan Meditation Center of Gainesville focuses on practices of the Drikung Kagyu lineage of Buddhism (which come from Tibet) while embracing all Dharma and meditation practices that allow us to become better human beings, and ultimately achieve enlightenment for the benefit of others.
