These days most of us would describe our lives as busy, stressful and filled with challenges. With little time in our schedules for spiritual practice, we may doubt that it is even possible to slow down and become a more peaceful and positive person.

By practicing modern Buddhist meditation techniques, however, we can become deeply familiar with positive, powerful minds and strengthen our inner calm in the midst of our normal activities. These methods quickly increase our happiness and sense of purpose, improve our relationships, and offer real protection from the problems and difficulties in our daily life.
