| We have a beautiful Temple in the Mission district of San Francisco where we offer meditation classes for everyone. Our main introductory meditation classes are on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. and on Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. - Noon
The Kadampa Buddhist Centers of Northern California were all founded by the world-renowned meditation master, teacher and author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The Center is dedicated to helping you find happiness within your own heart, as well as real solutions to your problems through following Buddha's practical advice. We are also currently offering weekly introductory meditation classes in Hayward, San Jose, Petaluma, Napa, Reno (Nevada), Sacramento, Truckee, the Marina district of San Francisco, Downtown San Francisco, and as mentioned above at the Temple in San Francisco. |
