| Zen in the spirit of the late Maurine Myo-on Stuart, Roshi.
Teacher and founder: Susan Ji-on Postal A non-residential center for zen practice open to those of all faiths and backgrounds. The focus is on entering silence with whole body and breath, sitting upright in stillness, and noticing without judgement all that arises. It is this clear seeing which allows intrinsic wisdom, prajna, to unfold. Our forms are a mixture of Soto and Rinzai style, and are designed to support the radical process of letting go. Every Wednesday evening we offer an Introduction to Zen Practice, ask those new to zen to please attend at least one Wednesday before entering the regular schedule. |
