"Mindfulness practice is very forgiving. It beckons to us to start over again, time after time after time, without judging us for the times we haven't managed to remember to drop in on ourselves."
Mark Williams, The Mindful Way through Depression.

Center's Description
Dharma Buddies is a Buddhist meditation and discussion group for gay, bisexual, and transgender men in the Seattle area.

The group meets Sundays at 11:00 am for a 45-minute silent meditation followed by refreshments and conversation.

We are a diverse group with a wide range of backgrounds and experience with Buddhist teachings. We endeavor to practice deep listening and mindful speech as we share insights and discuss questions relative to our lives as gay Buddhists.

We welcome anyone on a spiritual path including curious beginners, seasoned practitioners and those from traditional Buddhist cultures.
