| The Portland Zen Meditation Center grew out of a shared interest of local men and women in practicing Zen meditation within a group setting. To meet this need we established and have maintained a space dedicated to Zen meditation practice. We offer this experience and provide instruction to all who are interested. We are an independent, self-supporting group of lay people and are not connected to any institutions. People with any or no religious affiliation are welcome. | |
