"Mindfulness practice is very forgiving. It beckons to us to start over again, time after time after time, without judging us for the times we haven't managed to remember to drop in on ourselves."

Center's Description
Tsegyalgar is the Dzogchen Community in North America. The Gar, or seat location of Tsegyalgar is located in Conway, Massachusetts. Tsegyalgar consists of practitioners in Massachusetts, New York, New Mexico, Chicago, California, Hawaii, the Northwest, and other North American cities. Together we practice and work to realize and preserve the Dzogchen teachings for the benefit of all beings.

Tsegyalgar is dedicated to the preservation of the precious Dzogchen teachings, taught originally in the human realm to Garab Dorje by Varjasattva, and passed on through an unbroken, direct lineage to Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. As the Dzogchen sangha, we practice together at minimum four times per month, at the full and new moons and on special days of each month called Dakini Day and Guru Rinpoche day. In addition at each of our locations in North America we get together for special practice weekends and retreats, both as a group of practitioners, with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, and with occasional visiting teachers.
