Center's Description
A half hour sit, followed by a half hour walking meditation, followed another half hour sit and ending with Qi Gong. A study group meets afterwards, at 6:30. See 3rd Sunday Study Group.

3rd Sunday of each month - 4:30 pm-6:15 pm. Suitable for all levels.
