| New Orleans Insight Meditation Group is a peer-led weekly sitting group in the Insight Meditation (Vipassana) tradition of Theravada Buddhism. We are actively supported and encouraged by Insight Meditation teacher Mary Rees.
We can help you to get started in meditation and will provide support for your ongoing practice. Whether you are new to meditation or more experienced, you are welcome to join us at any time. |
