| At Shambhala St. Petersburg, we offer an open sitting on Sunday mornings (9:00am-Noon), as well as an Open House each Sunday from 5:30-7:30pm. There are additional opportunities for sitting and contemplation sessions during the week, weeknight classes and book study groups, weekend meditation workshops, and more!
