Center's Description
The Kailua Shambhala Meditation Center is located on the Windward side of Oahu, Hawaii. As part of the international Shambhala community of urban meditation and rural retreat centers, we are dedicated to the teaching of meditation, non-sectarian Tibetan Buddhism and other traditions grounded in mindful living.

We offer basic meditation classes, Buddhist instruction, and Shambhala Training - a progressive series of weekend workshops that helps students establish a personal meditation practice in order to engage more fully and compassionately in the world.

Our center warmly welcomes people from any spiritual tradition who would like to learn about the everyday benefits of meditation.
