| The Treehouse Sangha offers basic services in a Soto Zen meditation group, in the Capital Region of New York. Soto Zen meditation practice is focused on the direct experience of sitting meditation, shikantaza. Reuben Shojin Bruchez, as the Practice Group Leader, and the rest of the members of our Sangha group, are happy to offer help to the personal experience of meditation practice, and support of a lay practice community in the Capital Region of New York. To that end, we welcome anyone interested in learning more about Zen, meditation, and mindfulness practice within everyday life.
