Center's Description
New persons receive training in Shamatha or Calm Abiding Meditation. This training is offered free of charge every Tuesday evening 7PM at an Open House. Free sitting periods occur Wednesdays 7-8 and Sundays 10:30AM - 12:30PM. We offer programs for fees on Wednesday evenings and weekends. These programs are grounded in the meditation practice of shamatha and calm abiding and investigate the subjects of Shambhala Buddhism, Shambhala Training, and various contemplative disciplines.
