| Zazen (sitting meditation), Kinhin (walking meditation), Chanting, and Dharma Reading.
Every Wednesday and Thursday - 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Every Sunday - 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM The first Wednesday of every month is set aside for zazen instructions for newcomers. (Newcomers are always welcome on any occasion.) The second Wednesday of every month is set aside for an extended Dharma talk. The third Saturday of every month is our Meditation Retreat from 8:00 AM to Noon that includes zazen, kinhin, tea break, and Dharma talk. |
