| Zen Center of Asheville is a Soto Zen Temple located in Asheville, North Carolina. We offer zazen instruction (sitting meditation), Dharma talks & discussion, and maintain a regular sitting schedule Monday through Saturday mornings & Tuesday evening. We are open to the public; anyone is welcome to participate. You do not have to have prior experience to attend. Please only come during designated hours as we are not a residential facility. | |
