Center's Description
The Buddhist Temple of Toledo is a Soto Zen Buddhist community with the Harada-Yasutani koan introspection tradition offering intensive Zen meditation training and a family-friend neighborhood sangha.

Beginners are welcome at all of our weekly services, no need to call ahead for permission. Please dress comfortably in loose or stretchy clothing that will allow you to easily sit, stand, and walk. Yoga pants or sweatpants work well.
