Center's Description
Kadampa Meditation Center New Mexico offers a variety of meditation classes, day courses, study programs, and retreats at the Center in Albuquerque as well as many locations around New Mexico. We also offer beginning meditation classes as well as classes for kids and families. Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a short teaching, and a concluding meditation as well as time for discussion.

Everyone is welcome to attend classes whatever your level of interest or experience. Following Buddha’s advice, we can relax our mind, dissolve our pain and fear, and become of greater benefit to others.
