Great and open experience! The Buddhist information that is offered is especially great because it is presented in a way that is very fitting for Western minds. The people are warm and welcoming and the whole experience is awesome, to say the least. I feel so comfortable asking questions, even though they may not be well formulated and I am normally reserved. Words don't do this center justice!

This is a really great group - I have been a member for a few years and can't say enough good about the teachers, people, and the practices. This center has a really relaxed warm feeling.

We meet twice a week on Sundays and Wednesday nights at 7pm. These are authentic Buddhist teachings from the Karma Kagyu lineage. The talks and meditation that are conducted twice a week are free of charge. The meeting is about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This center gives free meditation instruction and Buddhist teachings to the community, in a friendly, unpretentious, and clear style. I've been going for some years now, and I've learned so much about how to work more effectively in my daily life, both from the teachings and from the friendships formed with the other practicioners there.
