"Mindfulness practice is very forgiving. It beckons to us to start over again, time after time after time, without judging us for the times we haven't managed to remember to drop in on ourselves."

This centre is a wonderful place to begin meditating for anyone interestd in exploring Buddhist meditation. It offers a welcoming, gentle atmosphere. WRDC has an extensive library of dharma from many traditions. Our sangha is quite new, and is growing both in the size and in the depth of the community. Experienced practitioners may find great benefit in the regular sits offered at WRDC. metta, Michele
