The Toronto Shambhala Meditation Centre is committed to bringing the simple practice of meditation to people. We are part of Shambhala International - a world wide association of over 100 meditation centres. Each Shambhala Centre provides meditation instruction, classes, programs and opportunities to practice.

Shambhala's principal teacher is Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, the son and spiritual heir to Chögyam Trungpa - Tibetan meditation master and author of many books including Cutting through Spiritual Materialism and Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior.

The Shambhala Centre holds an open house every Monday & Wednesday at 7:00 pm and on scheduled Sunday mornings at the Shambhala Café.
