| The Community emphasizes zen practice in the midst of daily life in the city. It allows anyone in the community to participate as much or as little as they wish, while holding jobs and taking care of family responsibilities. The core of our practice is Zazen, or sitting meditation. We offer opportunities to practice together for brief periods, and also for extended retreats.
