"Meditative discipline is vital to dharma practice precisely because it leads us beyond the realm of ideas to that of felt-experience,"

Center's Description
We meet weekly to practice mindful sitting and walking meditation together. Our meditation period is usually followed by another practice, such as recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, dharma discussion, or listening to a reading or a dharma talk. Our sangha also gathers for regular Days of Mindfulness, and twice a year we organize retreat days with an ordained dharma teacher from Thich Nhat Hanh's Order of Interbeing.

Currently we meet on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m.. We welcome newcomers and offer meditation instruction and orientation for beginners.
